Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; substitute by experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and infect others with enthusiasm.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull fifty pounds with assistance.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to obtain a forklift license if able.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sort and grade donations and shipments to keep shelves stocked with quality merchandise.
• Operate cash register and minimize customer wait times.
• Assist with donations, counting, and recording traffic.
• Maintain store and donation area cleanliness and safety at all times.
• Lead by example and train new teammates when needed.
