• Sorts and grades donations and truck shipments to keep stores stocked with quality merchandise.
• Operates cash register to handle transactions efficiently; limit wait times.
• Greets donors and unloads items, providing a courteous donation experience.
• Offers tax receipt forms to donors and records donation counts accurately.
• Maintains store and donation area with housekeeping and safety at all times.
