Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; may substitute with equivalent experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and infect others with similar enthusiasm.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Willingness to obtain forklift license if able.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Sort and grade donations and shipments to stock high-quality merchandise.
• Operate cash register and ensure efficient checkout with short wait times.
• Identify merchandise for online sales and handle according to procedures.
• Greets donors and unloads items, ensuring a positive donation experience.
• Assist with loading/unloading, and maintain store and donation areas.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards and communicate repair needs.
