Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds with assistance.
• Loyalty to the agency and its mission and policies.
• Reliable transportation; able to work a flexible schedule at multiple locations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to obtain forklift license if able.
• Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entering store and provide excellent customer service.
• Sort and grade donations and truck shipments to keep stores stocked with quality merchandise.
• Operate cash register and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Assist donors at their car and provide a smooth donating experience.
• Help load and unload donations and prepare outgoing truck loads.
