The Supplemental Health G&E National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for driving new business sales for Supplemental Health products within the Government and Education sectors in National Accounts (employers with 3,000+ eligible). This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Government and Education clients.
The NSD is responsible for proactive outreach to increase knowledge of Cigna Supplemental Health Solutions in the large case segment for Government & Education clients. The NSD partners with internal teams across distribution, marketing, product, compliance, underwriting, and others to deliver compelling solutions. External relationship management includes brokers, consultants, and enrollment firms.
The NSD role is eligible for incentive pay based on sales performance, internal expectations, territory management, strategy execution, and collaboration.
