The Supplemental Health G&E National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for driving new business sales for Supplemental Health products within the Government and Education sectors in National Accounts (employers with 3,000+ eligible). This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Government and Education clients.
The NSD is responsible for proactive outreach to increase institutional knowledge of Cigna Supplemental Health Solutions in the large case segment for Government & Education clients. Collaborates with internal teams (distribution, marketing, product, compliance, underwriting) to deliver solutions. Manages relationships with external partners including brokers, consultants, and enrollment firms.
The role is eligible for incentive pay based on sales achievements, collaboration, and strategic execution.
Remote work requires internet with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
