Role Summary
The Supplemental Health G&E National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for driving new business sales for Supplemental Health products within the Government and Education sectors in National Accounts (employers with 3,000+ eligible). This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Government and Education clients.

Job Responsibilities
The NSD role is responsible for proactive and consultative outreach designed to increase the institutional knowledge of Cigna Supplemental Health Solutions in the large case segment for Government & Education clients. The NSD partners with internal colleagues in distribution, marketing, product, compliance, underwriting, and other areas to deliver compelling and valuable solutions to present to our clients and broker partners. The NSD is also responsible for relationship management with external partners, including brokers and consultants (Supplemental Health specialists as well as core consulting teams) and enrollment firms.
