Discover International is seeking a Sales Director in Hartford, CT to drive growth by hunting new logos among independent physicians and specialists. You will lead in-person meetings, present compelling value propositions, and close complex software deals with physician-owned practices.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in complex SaaS or AI imaging sales to physicians, a proven target-attainment record, and a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of complex SaaS or AI Imaging sales to physicians.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (>$1M annually).
• Engaging, consultative sales approach with physicians.
• Reliable transportation; 80% travel onsite in Hartford, CT (local).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Lead Generation to identify independent physicians and specialists.
• Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations and follow-ups to close deals.
• Leverage internal resources and subject matter experts to move deals forward.
• Sell in a consultative, non-transactional manner with thoughtful follow-ups.
