Senior Client Director - Salesforce (Manufacturing, Hi Tech, or CBS)

Summary
As our sales playbook evolves to focus on industry verticals, we seek dedicated Services sellers who:
- Bring a successful track record of solution selling within the Salesforce partner ecosystem and credibility with deep Industry POV
- Are a lead-gen engine and strive to surpass their metrics
- Are passionate about building relationships and collaboratively solving problems with customers and channel partners
- Understand how to credibly scope consulting deals, guiding efforts with pre-sales and technical support
- Work closely with project teams delivering the scope of work, providing industry expertise as appropriate
- Demonstrate Thunder's core values: transparency, empathy, ownership, adaptability, and grit
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Sell Thunder's Salesforce multi-cloud implementation and managed services
- Meet and exceed sales metrics, conducting at least four meaningful meetings daily
- Partner with clients in your vertical, creating and executing tailored business plans
- Interact strategically with Salesforce sales teams and partners to establish new business relationships
- Develop account strategies with practice leaders
- Target, nurture, and grow key relationships
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction throughout projects
- Partner with Thunder Delivery leaders for successful sales outcomes
- Update Salesforce CRM daily and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6-10+ years of experience establishing new business and managing accounts within the Salesforce Partner ecosystem
- 4-5+ years selling services into Salesforce, with strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience partnering with Salesforce as an ISV
- Credible Salesforce delivery and technical knowledge
- Consultative selling skills aligned with business needs and Salesforce cloud products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven success in exceeding sales goals and meeting metrics
- Willingness to learn new skills and develop knowledge
- Proficiency with Google/G-Suite, Salesforce, Slack, MS Office, and other tools
Salary Range: $128,000 - $165,000 base, plus variable pay, stock options, and other benefits. Compensation depends on experience and location.
