Discover International is actively seeking a Sales Director in Hartford, CT to drive growth through new logo acquisition across Connecticut. This role involves pitching and closing complex software sales to physician-owned practices and requires a highly engaging, consultative approach.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of complex SaaS or AI imaging sales to physicians, a proven $1M+ annual target track record, and willingness to travel locally ( Hartford area ) with no overnights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of complex SaaS or AI imaging sales to physicians.
• Proven track record exceeding $1M in annual sales.
• Engaging, consultative sales approach.
• Must have reliable transportation and be local, with 80% travel in Hartford CT (no overnights).

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and targeting of independent primary care physicians and specialists.
• Lead in-person sales meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Utilize internal resources and subject matter experts to move opportunities forward.
• Sell in a consultative, relationship-driven manner—engage beyond simple features.
