The Sales Director of Healthcare RTLS will drive business development strategy, sales efforts, and strategic alliances with key ecosystem providers for HID's line of RTLS solutions and products.

HID's Identification Technologies (IDT) Business Area:

IDT creates trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services. We enable safe transactions, productive work, and free travel with contactless identification and sensing technologies (RFID, NFC, BLE) across various industries.

As our Sales Director, you'll support HID's success by:
  • Growing a pipeline of new business and developing opportunities in current accounts.
  • Developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their pain points and requirements, and identifying organizational and political roadblocks.
  • Collaborating on strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases.
  • Working with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities.
  • Forecasting sales pipeline and closing business against quotas.
  • Supporting marketing efforts and speaking at trade shows and industry events.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and channel partners.
What we will love about your background:
  • A track record of maintaining long-lasting customer relationships that expand business.
  • A strategic mindset with experience in developing account strategies.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to products, markets, and client challenges.
  • Experience selling Real Time Location Systems (RTLS).
  • Experience selling both hardware and software.
  • Healthcare market experience (preferred).
  • Focus on building solid and trusted customer relationships.
  • Complex sales methodology training (preferred).
  • Experience selling through system integrators and distribution channels (preferred).
Your Experience and Education include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a market-based sales role exceeding growth targets.
  • 4-7+ years in B2B solutions sales to large organizations.
  • Experience in a technology industry with technical product knowledge.

The base salary for CA is $120,000-135,000. This opportunity may offer flexible working arrangements.
