Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Sales to join our dynamic and growing company. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting strategies to acquire, manage, and grow sales of our healthcare financial engagement and payment platform. The role involves converting client conversations into qualified, developed, proposed, and closed sales opportunities.

This position can be fulfilled remotely with travel within the sales territory and to Chicago/Boston occasionally as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquiring new clients through a "hunting" sales approach
  • Lead opportunities using consultative selling throughout all sales phases
  • Develop strategic opportunity plans with differentiated solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives
  • Support RFP and proposal processes
  • Maintain accurate administrative responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance, and regulatory duties

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Experience selling revenue cycle technology solutions/services into acute health systems
  • Minimum 10 years in SaaS, technology, or service sales in healthcare, preferably revenue cycle
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Ability to sell solutions addressing client business problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time role is $117,000-$141,000 plus commissions, restricted stock units, and benefits. Salary specifics depend on location, skills, and experience. Your Talent Acquisition Partner can provide more details during the hiring process.
