The Sales Director of Healthcare RTLS will drive business development strategy and sales efforts as well as strategic alliances with key ecosystem providers for HID's line of RTLS solutions and products.

HID's Identification Technologies (IDT) Business Area

IDT creates trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services, enabling safe transactions, productive work, and free travel through wireless identification and sensing technologies.

As our Sales Director, you'll support HID's success by:
  1. Growing a pipeline of new business and developing opportunities in current accounts.
  2. Developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their pain points and requirements.
  3. Collaborating on strategic plans to grow accounts and use cases.
  4. Working with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities.
  5. Forecasting sales pipeline and closing business against quotas.
  6. Supporting marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events.
  7. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and channel partners.
What we will love about your background:
  • Proven track record of maintaining long-lasting customer relationships and expanding business.
  • Strategic mindset with successful account development experience.
  • Proactive approach to products, markets, and client challenges.
  • Experience selling RTLS solutions, hardware, and software, preferably in healthcare.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Experience with system integrators and distribution channels is a plus.
Your Experience and Education include:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in a market-based sales role exceeding growth targets.
  • 4-7+ years selling solutions to large organizations with multiple decision-makers.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding product details and specifications.

The base salary for CA is $120,000-135,000. Flexible working arrangements may be considered.
