Coastal is seeking a Director of Sales (Health & Life Sciences) to drive growth in healthcare and life sciences ecosystems. You will build relationships with providers, payers, pharma, and MedTech, and design Salesforce solutions prioritizing patient-centric care and HIPAA compliance.

Lead end-to-end sales cycles, mentor BD resources, and collaborate with HLS-focused Salesforce teams to win major contracts. Remote-friendly with multiple US office locations and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce Delivery or Sales Consulting, specifically with HLS implementations.
• 5+ years of Sales experience in Healthcare IT or Life Sciences services.
• Proven ability to navigate large IDN/biotech/payer buying processes and grow portfolio.
