Aaru, a frontier-driven AI company in New York City, is seeking a Sales Director to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives as we scale go-to-market.

You will engage with C-suite and government officials, test a repeatable sales motion, and drive revenue through partnerships with Applied AI, Solutions Architecture and Product.

This in-person role requires a track record of leading technically sophisticated GTM teams and turning ambitious ideas into customer-ready outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading GTM teams that sell technical, complex products at the AI frontier.
• Proven track record of land-and-expand within enterprise accounts and building C-suite relationships.
• Ability to read and forecast pipelines, coach gaps, and keep sellers accountable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and retain top GTM talent; develop leadership paths.
• Codify use cases and sales motions; scale with Alliances, Marketing and Enablement teams.
• Engage C-level executives on priority pursuits, build business cases and navigate procurement and legal processes.
