Job summary

Aimpoint Digital is seeking a Databricks Sales Director for the US to lead new logo pipeline with our Databricks partnership. You will manage lead sourcing, deal flow, and account stewardship across priority verticals, working with a dedicated alliance and a team of Databricks champions to drive growth.

You will build senior executive relationships, articulate our value proposition, and guide proposals from scoping to closure, while traveling roughly a quarter of the time to pursue key

Qualifications

• Enterprise sales experience in consulting and professional services.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding annual quotas.
• Ability to build and grow senior executive relationships with prospects and clients.
• Ability to collaborate with technology partner account executives and sales engineers.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving initiatives.
• Team-first mentality and collaborative approach to wins/losses.
• Competence in data, analytics, and AI to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lead sourcing, deal management, and account management for select Databricks-focused opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Databricks partnership team and alliance manager to accelerate pipeline.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with prospects and clients.
• Articulate Aimpoint Digital's value proposition and design tailored service offerings.
• Travel up to ~25% to pursue new logos and manage client engagements.
