Job summary

Aimpoint Digital is a fast-growing data, AI, analytics, and Operations Research advisory and solution engineering firm seeking a Databricks Sales Director to accelerate demand and convert opportunities. You will own the end-to-end process of lead sourcing, deal management, and account management, working with a dedicated alliance team and Databricks champions to drive growth.

In this role you will build executive relationships, navigate ambiguity, and operate within priority verticals (e.g.,

Qualifications

Enterprise sales experience in consulting and professional services.
Track record of meeting/exceeding annual quotas.
Ability to build and grow senior executive relationships with prospects and clients.
Ability to build strong relationships with technology partner account executives and sales engineers.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end process of lead sourcing, deal management, and account management for select accounts.
Collaborate with Databricks partnership team to break into priority verticals.
Manage pipeline and progress deals with support from alliance manager and technical team.
Travel ~25% to engage customers and partners.
