Job summary

Talos is seeking a Sales Director for its p(X) liquidity business in New York. You will lead counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to activation.

The ideal candidate excels in crypto institutional sales, is proactive, and data-driven, with a strong network in capital markets. This role blends leadership with hands-on execution in a hybrid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in institutional trading sales with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record in capital markets sales and client growth.
• Existing crypto network or ability to grow a book in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and close new counterparties (retail brokers, fintechs, funds).
• Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and activation.
• Expand counterparty network and products through 2027.
• Build long-term strategic relationships and meet targets.
• Collaborate with Trading on onboarding, pricing, and workflows.
• Analyze opportunities, track pipeline, and report clearly.
