Job summary

Talos is hiring a Sales Lead/Director for our p(X) liquidity provision business to drive counterparty acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth. This high-ownership role demands exceptional communication and a deep understanding of crypto institutional sales and trading workflows.

The candidate will lead the full sales lifecycle, build strategic relationships, and collaborate with Trading to optimize onboarding and pricing. A results-driven, autonomous mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in institutional trading sales with revenue responsibility.
• Strong background in institutional capital markets with demonstrable sales achievements.
• Existing crypto network or prior experience growing a book in the crypto ecosystem.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven prioritization and decision-making.
• High sense of urgency with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Source, pitch, and close new counterparties (retail brokers, fintechs, funds, neobanks).
• Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → negotiation → onboarding → activation.
• Expand our network of trading counterparties and products through 2027.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic counterparty relationships.
• Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales and activation targets.
• Partner with Trading on onboarding, pricing, connectivity, and workflow improvements.
• Analyze market opportunities, track pipeline status, and produce clear sales reporting.
