Control Risks in the Americas seeks a Director of Data Analytics to lead growth across the region. Based in major hubs like NYC, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington DC, you will shape a growing practice, win mandates, and mentor a high-performing team.

You will combine strategic business development with analytics-driven advisory across investigations, compliance, and risk, expanding our footprint domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, investigations, compliance, or analytics-enabled services.
• Experience designing analytics-driven solutions that support investigations, regulatory reviews, or compliance transformation.
• Experience contributing to business development, supporting proposals, pursuits, and client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the Data Analytics practice.
• Lead sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with corporate clients, law firms, and partners.
• Oversee strategic analytics projects across the Americas with measurable outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team across geographies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
