Control Risks in the Americas is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to shape and lead the practice across the region. You will drive commercial growth, oversee multi-jurisdictional analytics engagements, and mentor a cross‑functional team in a fast‑moving, regulated environment.

The role emphasizes business development, client advisory, and hands‑on delivery with a focus on investigations, compliance, and risk analytics. Occasional travel and hybrid working are expected.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of consulting, investigations, compliance, or analytics experience with rising responsibilities.
• Ability to design analytics-driven solutions for investigations, regulatory reviews, or compliance transformation.
• Experience in business development, proposals, pursuits, and client outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, pipeline development, and go‑to‑market initiatives across target industries and regions.
• Oversee strategic, high‑impact analytics projects ensuring quality and innovation.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high‑performing analytics team across the Americas.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery with analytics, legal, and compliance experts.
• Partner with leadership to shape strategy, offerings, and talent development.
