Job Description

• Prospect assigned territory, clients, and leads
• Regionalize sales efforts by increasing local client visits
• Build strategic relationships through sales plans and business strategies
• Identify and develop new targets to expand regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value-Add solutions
• Follow-up with current customers to increase revenue and freight volume
• Increase market penetration for PSA BDP
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to client visits and customer retention
• Conduct market research with sales support teams to grow sales pipeline
• Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in global sales (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience selling freight forwarding in the chemical vertical
• Knowledge of Ocean, Air, or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics context
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
