Job Description
As a leader in consumer data and identity-based marketing solutions, Experian Marketing Services is improving the business and consumer experience by offering a complete identity solution. We're doing so through a clearer view across the digital customer buying journey and with strong acquisitions of leading AdTech and MarTech providers with the most recent being Audigent, the leader in sell-side data and curation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee strategic clients across the Emerging Vertical with the goal of managing existing revenue retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Add to the pipeline of the Emerging Vertical by researching and understanding the trends of the Emerging Vertical.
  • Partner with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met.
  • Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian.
  • Oversee GTM and cross-sell strategies across your existing book of business to drive overall growth and success within the Emerging Vertical.
  • Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously grow Experian's products and solutions.
  • Be the client's go-to thought leader across the Emerging Vertical.
  • Manage your existing pipeline within Salesforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all times.
  • You will report to the Sales Director.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years' experience selling enterprise identity, audience, measurement, and analytics solutions to clients in the Emerging Vertical.
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions with a combination of SaaS or DaaS commercial models and deal sizes exceeding mid six-figures to seven-figures annually.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of revenue between $5M - $50M+ annually.
  • Existing client relationships across the Emerging Vertical.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles.
  • Sales drive and motivation.
  • Ability to build a strong pipeline, managing a book of business of 7 figures plus.
  • Customer service, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to travel – approx. 40% of time.
