This agency is expanding again and is still one of the most exciting Medical Communications agencies that I've recruited for!

If you want to improve your AI, Medical Affairs & Digital experience then this is the place for you. This exciting business, who landed and expanded recently into the US, are around 15 people with big expansion plans. They're looking for a strong Sales Director to support their growth, mix of new business and existing accounts for you to tap into.

They have a big presence globally though for you to rely on for support too. Here is more information on the business:

• Describe themselves as a digital tech and med comms agency
• Pharma, biotech clients mainly but expanding into med tech & med device soon
• They call it technology as opposed to digital
• Building technology is something that happens to them naturally
• In AI, MR, IR tools – using GenAI in everything they do
• Mainly med affairs, commercial, promo med ed etc - very creative business but still connected to the science

Salary is around $150-190k for the right person plus commission. Good PTO package with a strong health, dental & vision package - you don't pay a penny.
