Base pay range

$145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Location: Remote (or NYC-based if local)

About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing leader in the e-commerce and payments space, providing cutting-edge Merchant of Record (MoR) solutions for large-scale fashion and apparel brands. They help global retailers streamline operations, expand into new markets, and drive revenue growth through seamless payment and compliance solutions.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Director to spearhead new business development, selling into enterprise fashion, apparel, footwear, luxury, and accessories brands ($500M+ revenue). This is a strategic, individual contributor role focused on closing high-value deals and driving revenue in a rapidly growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting major fashion, luxury, and apparel brands.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate net-new enterprise B2C retailers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Report directly to the VP of Sales and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience within payments.
  • Proven success selling into fashion, apparel, luxury, footwear, or consumer goods brands.
  • A hunter mentality with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and omnichannel retail landscape.
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
