Koda GTM is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the South Central to lead complex enterprise deals in identity verification and fraud prevention. You will own Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana, opening new logos and guiding deals from first call to close.

You bring 7+ years closing enterprise deals in identity, KYC/KYB, fraud or risk data, with strong FS relationships across Texas. OTE $375K–$450K (50/50) plus equity, remote within the territory (Dallas, Houston or Austin preferred).

• Strong relationships with financial services and enterprise buyers across Texas and the wider region.
• A record of building your own pipeline, landing large logos and beating quota.

Regional Sales Director – South Central – Identity and Fraud Prevention Vendor

A fast-growing identity and fraud prevention company is hiring a Regional Sales Director for South Central. Its AI helps banks, fintechs and enterprises verify who they're dealing with, stop fraud and approve good customers faster.

The role:

• Own South Central: Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana
• Sell to fraud, risk, identity, compliance and onboarding leaders at banks, lenders, fintechs, insurers and large enterprises
• Open new strategic logos and run complex, multi-threaded deals from first call to close
• Help shape the regional go-to-market as the team grows

You’ll bring:

• 7+ years closing enterprise deals in identity verification, KYC/KYB, fraud, authentication or risk data
• Strong relationships with financial services and enterprise buyers across Texas and the wider region
• A record of building your own pipeline, landing large logos and beating quota

OTE: $375K–$450K (50/50) + equity
