Evergreen Village in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Director of Sales to engage prospective residents and their families, presenting the right retirement living community for their needs. You will lead efforts to generate leads, conduct tours, and drive conversions with a compassionate, professional team.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in senior living.
• Results and goal driven.
• 4 year bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide them through moving into their new home.
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to implement a cutting-edge marketing plan.
• Aim to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
• Build trust with prospective residents and families through calls and tours.
