Job summary

Spring Gardens Assisted Living in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Sales Director to connect with prospective residents and families, guiding them through the transition to a new home. You will work with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to craft a cutting-edge marketing plan and hit occupancy budgets.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in senior living sales/marketing, a four-year degree, outstanding communication skills, and strong computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in senior living or healthcare sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed occupancy or sales targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads to qualify prospects and guide residents through moving into the community
• Collaborate with Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales on strategic marketing plans
• Aim to achieve budgeted occupancy targets
• Build trust with residents and families through calls and tours
• Coordinate events to attract prospects and increase occupancy
