Job summary

Traditions of Mount Vernon in Ohio is seeking a Sales Director to oversee admissions operations, census tracking, and the coordination of inquiries. The role includes completing admission paperwork, reporting updates, and maintaining monthly census records.

The Sales Director will work closely with Nursing Liaisons and a Marketing partner to manage referrals and resident admissions, while representing the facility at community events and maintaining resident satisfaction through post move-in

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must work well within a team.
• Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges.
• Daily census reports and reporting.
• Coordinate the inquiry process.
• Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork.
• Notification and reporting of admission updates.
• Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records.
• Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction.
• Represent facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events.
