Job summary

Vander Haag's Inc. in Des Moines, IA is hiring for a Whole Unit Sales role. You will begin by handling inbound leads, prospecting customers, and learning our truck and equipment offerings. As you progress, you’ll manage your own accounts, inventory, and sales opportunities.

This role rewards relationship-building and problem solving, with full training and a path to a high-earning, uncapped commission structure. Base salary is guaranteed during training and commissions grow with performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Sales, customer service, agriculture, trucking, diesel, equipment, or business experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn a new industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound sales leads and qualify customer needs.
• Build relationships with prospective customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in company systems and prepare quotes.
