Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (recent grads welcome!)
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills—confident and clear over phone, video, and in person
• Competitive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Highly coachable with a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance (local travel required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and local outreach.
• Connect with owners and decision-makers to understand challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Present rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation to signed agreement.
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Build Relationships

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach — using AI tools to help identify and research the right targets faster.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.

Grow the Business

• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts.
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.

Stay Organized

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.

What We're Looking For:
