Job summary

RentEngine, a fast-growing real estate tech startup in Miami, seeks a direct sales professional to build and own a high-velocity pipeline. You will prospect, run outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers, and advance through a fast path to an Account Executive.

You should have direct sales experience, be confident in cold outreach, and drive for clear targets and rapid feedback. Base $70k with uncapped commission, health insurance, unlimited PTO, and equity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and running outbound campaigns to mid-sized property managers
• Creating and testing new sequences
• Managing a pipeline of high-potential leads
• Learning the ropes with a fast path to AE

Compensation

• Base + uncapped commission
• $70k base/$103k OTE
