What We Offer:

  • Salary range from $70,000-$78,000 - This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
  • Unlimited commission potential

Requirements

Your Role:

  • Prospect new leads & implement cold outreach campaigns
  • Qualify customers & nurture existing relationships
  • Conduct outbound calls & field visits (75% of the time)
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales & forecast activities
  • Drive sales of new generators & maintenance agreements
  • Maintain a 90% contract renewal rate

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales in power generation/electrical systems
  • Proven experience managing full sales cycles & new business development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot)
  • Ability to work remotely & travel locally (80%)
