We’re an early-stage startup with real traction at the site level, and our long-term vision is to expand across the clinical trial ecosystem by partnering with CROs and sponsors. We're now looking for our first sales hire to help drive this growth.

The Role

We're seeking a scrappy, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s passionate about healthcare innovation and eager to bring modern solutions to clinical research. Your focus will be on generating leads, starting conversations, and booking demos with decision-makers at research sites and, eventually, broader industry partners.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped, recurring income — ideal for someone who wants to grow a book of business and earn passive revenue as Source-i’s client base expands.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Identify and qualify leads at clinical research sites, private practices, and research networks
• Schedule product demos with the founding team
• Track activity and manage leads using lightweight CRM tools
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and COO to shape messaging and outreach strategy
• Share feedback to improve targeting and conversion rates

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with clinical research, EDC tools, or site workflows
• Confident communicator — written, verbal, and over video
• Highly organized and proactive
• Comfortable with a fast-moving, feedback-driven startup environment
• Able to commit ~10–20 hours/week

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only role with recurring monthly income.

• Earn 10% of monthly subscription revenue for every customer you bring in — as long as they remain subscribed
• No cap, no territory limits
• Example: Bring in a $499/month customer → earn $49.90/month, every month
• Build a book of 10 accounts at $499/month → earn $499/month recurring income
• Performance bonuses available for major milestones
