A global leader in branded payment, rewards, and loyalty solutions is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative to support its continued growth. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging global enterprise prospects through strategic outbound efforts, setting qualified meetings, and supporting pipeline development.

This is a high-impact, growth-oriented position where you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and gain exposure to the full enterprise sales cycle. Ideal for someone energized by complex sales and eager to develop within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Remote SDR (Payments):

  • Lead outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to connect with enterprise prospects
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to set qualified meetings and ensure smooth handoffs
  • Clearly communicate the value of our offerings, handle objections, and uncover new sales opportunities
  • Track outreach and engagement in CRM and SalesLoft to maintain organized, up-to-date records
  • Consistently achieve or exceed KPIs and contribute to team knowledge-sharing

Key Requirements of the Remote SDR (Payments):

  • 3+ years in an outbound SDR/BDR role targeting enterprise clients - payments or fintech industry preferred
  • Experience navigating complex buying processes and engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to identifying and addressing client needs
  • Comfortable using modern sales tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong
