This range is provided by Metro Vein Centers. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Bilingual Spanish Required

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $25 per hour
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000–$85,000 annually (includes base pay plus commission)

Schedule:

  • 11:30-8pm EST/8:30-5pm PST with one weekend day
  • 12:00-8:30pm EST/9-5:30pm PST with one weekend day

Summary

Metro Vein Centers seeks a full-time dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dedicated inside sales team. This role focuses exclusively on converting new patient leads over the phone, with a strong emphasis on achieving high conversion rates. As the primary point of contact for new patients, you will drive patient acquisition by building rapport, answering questions, and guiding patients smoothly through the appointment booking process.

Essential Functions

  • Act as a First Point of Contact for Future Customers: Serve as the first interaction for potential patients, where you’ll be instrumental in communicating MVC’s services
  • Proactively engage with potential new patients through phone (inbound and outbound), email and text to book appointments across over 50 locations nationwide.
  • Demonstrate strong sales acumen by identifying patient needs, overcoming objections, and positioning Metro Vein Centers as the top choice for vein care.
  • Maintain patient satisfaction throughout the initial booking and consultation phase, ensuring all questions are answered clearly and expectations are managed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure patients’ onboarding and appointment scheduling are seamless.
  • Verify insurance coverage, facilitate authorization requests, and clearly communicate payment options, as needed, to remove barriers to booking.
  • Track and manage all interactions in electronic medical records and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  • Experiment and Refine: Continually test messaging and sequencing to optimize conversion rates (CVR), staying ahead of trends and adapting as you go
  • Maintain Accurate Data: Update CRM and EMR records meticulously to ensure patient and booking information remains accurate.

Performance Measurement

  • Your success as an SDR will be measured by new patient booking conversion rate, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, patient feedback scores), ensuring your contributions align with company growth objectives.
  • Demonstrates persuasive communication skills, with a natural ability to influence prospective patients toward booking.
  • Thrives in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to new challenges.
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort navigating CRM platforms, electronic medical records (EMR), and various communication tools.
  • High level of professionalism, delivering all communications with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple channels and tasks simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented and results-minded mindset with the ability to work independently as needed, showing initiative in reaching high conversion targets.
  • Eager to receive feedback and continuously improve sales skills.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, or call center roles with a sales focus.
