About the job Sales Development Representative

Tahche’s US partner is a Digital Marketing Firm with a wide range of services, including SEO, PPC, Digital Public Relations, and Content Creation.

They are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can help our dynamic team.

This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a WFH work setup.

  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Cold Outreach: Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls and emails to generate new leads. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential clients and introduce 9Sail’s services.
    Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and outreach efforts. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by continuously seeking new opportunities and following up with prospects.
    Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure that all appointments are properly documented and communicated to the sales team.
    CRM Management: Utilize and manage the company’s CRM system (HubSpot) to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and leads. Track interactions and follow-up activities to ensure a smooth lead nurturing process.
    Performance Tracking: Generate reports on outreach activities, lead conversion rates, and appointment-setting success. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Provide feedback on the quality of leads and collaborate on optimizing outreach efforts.
    Content Contribution: Assist in creating content for sales outreach, including email templates and call scripts. Ensure that all content aligns with brand and messaging.
    Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new sales techniques. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Candidate may be a graduate of College/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration and any other relevant field
    Experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the digital marketing or legal services industry.
    Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
    Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Tech-savvy and comfortable using various sales and marketing tools.
