Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Build the Process, Not Just the Pipeline
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who doesn’t just follow a script — but helps write it. This is an early-stage, high-impact role where you’ll develop the prospecting workflow, test outreach strategies, and build the sales engine alongside the General Manager.
You’ll identify prospects across the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia, qualify opportunities, and open doors with EPCs, developers, and solar companies. If you're organized, autonomous, and hungry to help design and execute a commercial playbook from scratch, this role is for you.
