PHMG is hiring a Sales Development Representative (B2B) for our brand new Tampa office, Downtown Tampa, FL. This office-based role is part of the founding team, with leadership mentorship and clear progression as the location grows.

You will make outbound calls to US business leaders, generate opportunities, qualify prospects, and set high-value appointments. Expect top earners with uncapped commissions and a structured pay path as targets are met.

The Pay

• Expected first-year earnings of $70,000-$90,000
• Uncapped commission - top SDRs earn $145,000+
• $10,000 salary increases every three months when performance targets are achieved
• High performers regularly earn well into six figures
