Job summary

PHMG is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Tampa to help launch our brand-new office as part of the founding team. You’ll be immersed in a fast-moving environment that rewards initiative and results, with training and rapid career progression from day one.

Base salary increases up to 80,000 with On-Target Earnings of 70,000–80,000 in year one, plus a one-time 2,000 training bonus. You’ll benefit from uncapped commissions, monthly incentives, PTO and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Entry-level SDR role with structured training.
• Ability to engage with Presidents, CEOs and owners on calls.
