Job description

TwentyOne Solutions is a Local SEO agency in San Clemente. We only work with contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, painters, remodelers, builders, fence and concrete companies, all across the country. Our job is to make their phones ring with calls from Google, Google Maps and ChatGPT. Our clients own everything we build for them.

The Role

Every day our outreach goes out to contractors by email and social media. When a business owner replies interested, that lead goes to you. You look up their business fast, their Google profile, their website, whether ChatGPT recommends them and who their top competitors are. Then you call them, talk about their business like you already know it, and book a meeting with our team.

This is a phone job. You will spend most of the day talking with business owners who just raised their hand. You do not have to close deals. You book the meetings, and you get paid when they sign.

What You Will Do

• Answer every interested reply within 5 minutes during business hours
• Research each business before you call, their Google profile, website, reviews and competitors
• Call business owners and book meetings
• Follow up 5 to 7 times by phone, text and email until there is a clear yes or no
• Explain Local SEO in plain words to busy owners
• Keep notes and lead status up to date in our CRM

Who You Are

• Comfortable calling business owners every day
• At a computer during business hours, Monday to Friday
• Clear on the phone and a good writer
• Organized, with real follow through
• Coachable and quick to learn new software
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT

Nice To Have

• Experience in or around the trades or home services
• Sales, customer service or lead generation experience
• Familiarity with SEO or digital marketing

Pay

• $500, $750 or $1,000 bonus for every new customer who signs from a meeting you booked, depending on their plan
• 5% of each customer’s monthly payment for their first 3 years
• $3,000 a month base salary once you move to full time
• No cap on what you can earn
• On target earnings of $50,000 to $70,000 in your first full year, growing in years two and three as your recurring commission builds

How It Starts

The role starts with a trial of up to three months. During the trial it is a contract role paid on commission only, with the same bonus and recurring commission listed above. Once you are booking meetings consistently and they show, you get a full time offer with the base salary, commission, benefits and paid time off. That can happen before the three months are up.

Ramp Up

• Month 1. Learn our services, local market research and the pitch. Work up to 2 meetings a week.
• Month 2. Full follow up on every lead, with call reviews and coaching. 3 to 4 meetings a week.
• Month 3. 5 meetings a week, consistently.

Weekly Targets

Once you are fully ramped

• 5+ qualified meetings booked a week
• 70% or more of booked meetings show
• Every interested reply answered within 5 minutes
• Every lead followed up until there is a clear yes or no
