Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years selling digital marketing to small businesses, experience closing full-cycle deals, and comfort with HubSpot CRM and asynchronous outreach.

Requirements

We’re only looking for contractors who:

• Have 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses
• Have closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing
• Have worked commission-only or 1099 sales roles before
• Are self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding
• Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach
• Are familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools
• Can produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach
