Job summary

Amy Rossi & Associates in Orlando seeks a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep to help clients with policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and coverage reviews. The role emphasizes family-like service, ongoing training, and a balanced, friendly workplace.

You will upsell/cross-sell as part of daily duties, while maintaining clear communication and accurate documentation in our internal system. Health benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20, 2044 or 4-40 insurance license required.
• Sales experience is a plus; you MUST be sales minded.
• Upsell and cross-sell to individual insurance needs.
• Strong command of agency management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Clear and patient communication style, both spoken and written.
• Ability to solve problems independently while maintaining calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries regarding their current policies with clarity and helpfulness.
• Contact Customers at renewal and review policies and Cross Sell other lines.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing questions promptly.
• Review customer portfolios to identify potential gaps in coverage and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Document all client interactions accurately within our internal database.
• Support the wider sales team by asking for referrals and selling and writing policies.
• Foster a positive experience for every client who reaches out to our office.
