Job summary

GreatFlorida Insurance in Orlando is seeking a client-focused insurance professional who believes in helping neighbors protect what matters most. You will review files, explain coverages, and deliver clear guidance to residents across the Orlando area in a warm, local office environment.

Responsibilities

Review client files to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions that provide true peace of mind.

Manage incoming inquiries from prospective clients and explain the benefits of various insurance policies.

Prepare and deliver quotes for home, auto, and commercial insurance products.

Process policy changes, answer billing questions, and assist clients with their day-to-day needs.

Maintain accurate records in our agency management system to ensure smooth follow-up and compliance.

Participate in local community outreach to help grow our brand presence throughout the Orlando area.

Requirements

Valid Florida 2-20 or 440 Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Strong comfort level with quoting software and policy management systems.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients.

Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize daily tasks.

High attention to detail when reviewing policies and coverage limits.

Previous experience in a retail or professional insurance office setting is helpful.
