Open Position: Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Development Rep who is fun, energetic, and fearless on the phones.
  2. Generate demo opportunities for closers by calling a large database.
  3. Ability to maintain and prioritize a large pipeline in SFDC.
  4. Quickly and thoroughly learn the HST products, the industry, and the industry challenges.
  5. A team player with excellent communication skills.
  6. Outgoing, creative, optimistic, and has a solution-focused attitude.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior SDR experience a plus, especially in SaaS and/or healthcare tech.
  2. Extreme comfort in cold-calling (50 calls/day).
  3. Strong networking and time management skills (LinkedIn + SFDC).
  4. Use of technology to perform tasks (Teams/Slack, email sequencing software, prospecting support tools, or similar tools).
  5. Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
