Purpose Of Your Work

As a Sales Development Representative working within Redwood Logistics, you will play a vital role in the sales process by identifying, connecting with, and qualifying potential customers. As the first point of contact for prospects, the SDR focuses on lead generation, nurturing, and setting up qualification meetings for the Sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving revenue growth.

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (e.g., social, online research, inbound leads, software databases) with a focus on top-of-funnel activity
  • Leverage intent data to understand the appropriate timing and mechanism of outreach to deliver value to prospective customers
  • Partner with business and sales representatives to develop and execute outreach strategies for specific solutions and markets
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and lead nurturing strategies and identify assets necessary to continue delivering value at early-stage engagements

Work Schedule

This position is full-time and remote, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break; flexibility is available based on coverage.

Compensation Range

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

This position is eligible for monthly incentives based on individual and company performance.

The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and budget.
