Job description

TransVirtual, a leading provider of Transport Management Software (TMS), is looking to complement its sales team with an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the North America market.

This role is a vital link in servicing inquiries, following up on a prospect pipeline, and qualifying businesses to hand over to our Account Executive channel.

You should have experience in building and pursuing a prospect pipeline, ideally in a fast-paced environment with monthly sales quotas. This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in an evolving team.

You’ll be comfortable engaging with decision-makers, from owner-operators and operational leaders to other senior staff. A self-sufficient, proactive attitude is essential, with full sales training and development provided for the right candidate to advance their career.

Your key stakeholders will include our Head of Sales, Account Executive (North America), and General Manager.

Minimum requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales qualification, with a passion for chasing inquiries.
  • No fear of making calls — it’s a numbers game!
  • Experience managing a contact pipeline and CRM updates (we use HubSpot).
  • Strong attitude and willingness to develop sales skills.
  • Experience working with marketing campaigns to generate effective appointments.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas with qualified leads.
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt strategies to maximize results.

Desired skills :

  • Marketing degree or equivalent — maturity in thinking.
  • Understanding of logistics sector or SaaS businesses.
  • Good CRM skills with attention to detail and diligent record keeping.
  • Ability to connect instantly with customers, qualify, and coordinate with the AE channel.
  • Excellent team player committed to shared goals.
