About Us

The Role

We seek a Sales Development Representative to work remotely from California, preferably San Francisco or Los Angeles, covering the US and Australia. Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting customers and supporting closing efforts, balancing desk work with in-person meetings. The role involves collaboration with our US and Australian teams and suits individuals with experience in SaaS sales or direct sales in arts/cultural sectors.

Qualifications
  • Approximately 2+ years of success as an SDR in SaaS or direct arts/cultural sales
  • High integrity and positive customer interaction skills
  • Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to discuss our product intelligently
  • Proficient in CRM management (HubSpot) and sales reporting
  • Self-directed, flexible with time zones, and data-driven
  • Understanding of visitor-facing technology or willingness to upskill is a plus
