What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years experience in a Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Sales
  • High volume cold-calling experience and/or experience calling on: Chief Security/Information Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, VPs of Fraud, and VPs of Customer Care or Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in salesforce.com, cadence tools, LinkedIn, and/or other sales tools
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executives, and peers
  • Measurable track record of succeeding in goal-oriented environments
  • Ability to act independently, creating and executing plans for improvements and implementation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • This is a remote position, which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at management's discretion.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Create monthly strategic outreach plans in collaboration with IEs to support new business acquisition goals
  • Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify key players and create customized messaging for prospecting
  • Execute outreach plans by communicating with current and prospective customers across multiple channels
  • Leverage assets from Marketing and Demand Generation campaigns to educate and nurture prospects, creating market need
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns and provide feedback for impact maximization
  • Maintain and update records within Salesforce.com to reflect research and activities
  • Utilize resources such as GONG, Salesforce, LinkedIn, news alerts, Winmo, ZoomInfo, etc., to identify organizations and contacts strategically
  • Participate in regular SDR training and coaching to hone skills and objection handling

Pay Scale Information: The U.S. base salary range for this position is $45,200 - $70,000 annually. The role is eligible for base pay plus commissions, typically 20%-50% of base salary, depending on targets. Actual compensation considers education, experience, skills, location, responsibilities, and market factors. Some positions may also include long-term incentives.
