Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Sales Development Representative at our Somerville, MA corporate office. You will support the Chicago/Midwest regional sales strategy, performing outbound calls and prospecting to identify opportunities within the assigned market.

Reporting to the Corporate Sales Trainer & Manager, you will receive hands-on field training in Somerville, then comprehensive sales training, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to learn and grow.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Sandler Sales methodology or consultative selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers in the Chicago/Midwest region.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and prospecting activities.
• Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities for the regional sales team.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to reach sales targets.
• Attend industry networking events and promote Triumvirate Environmental.
